Concerning the standard of the cap

Question:
What is the ruling concerning the black cap worn -nowadays- by some party members belonging to particular movements?

Answer:
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessing be upon whom Allah sent as a mercy to the Worlds, upon his Family, his Companions and his Brothers till the Day of Resurrection:

The cap, the turban or any type of headgears; if they are different from unbelievers’ caps, do not bear any distinctive feature of a party or an ethnic tendency and do not signify any meaning related to a creed; it is desirable to purchase it inasmuch as it is a sign whereby the Muslim is distinguished from the unbeliever.

The perfect knowledge belongs to Allah عزَّ وجلَّ. Our last prayer is all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessing be upon our Prophet, his Family, his Companions and Brothers till the Day of Resurrection.
